If
you've ever wondered how cuddly toys come into existence,
and wanted to create your very own bear or creature, then
the craft shop, Clearly Different, is now offering both children
and adults the opportunity to have a go.
Down
at the shop in Middle Street you can take the time to choose
your own cuddly creature from the wonderful range of animal
bodies in stock. To help bring your character to life, start
by giving it a heart and a personalized recorded voice message
before making it a cuddly bear or creature at the ‘Stuffing
Station'. Older children and adults can enjoy stuffing their
very own creature before moving to the ‘Dressing Station'
to choose an outfit for their character.
Whether
male or female there are a wide range of different styles. These
include pirate clothes cowboy and cowgirl gear, footballers
kits, bumble bees outfits, rock star fashions, baby girl and
boy clothing, costumes to allow you to dress up your character
as a bride or groom as well as many other character ideas.
Don't
forget the underwear and range of accessories, including shoes,
to complete your personal creation which only needs you to name
it on its very own Birth Certificate before it can leave the
shop with you. (If you are stuck for a name there is even a
book of ideas to browse through.)
With
a range of different sizes, the cost of creating a large 15”
bear or creature together with choosing its outfit is £15,
whilst an 8” bear/creature and outfit costs £10. Naturally,
new outfits can be acquired at any time to change the look of
your cuddly creation.
