Year 7 Visit Living Coasts

Mrs Conibear arranged for Year 7 to visit Living Coasts, Torquay's coastal zoo and conservation charity on Friday 13th June 2008.

The pupils were given a chance to explore and investigate adaptation. This gave them an opportunity to enrich and consolidate their knowledge on this Year 7 topic by having “hands on” experience.

Students were given a guided tour around Living Coasts and after lunch an hour long wildlife cruise around Torbay which enabled pupils to see the local seabirds and other marine wildlife in its natural habitat.
