Churston Ferrers Grammar School Support Staff gain Diplomas

the OCR Diploma Level 3 in Support Work in Schools.

I'm
a Scientist – Get me out of here!
Back in June two groups
of Chemistry students took part in this National Event where
an interactive website was available for students to “meet”
scientists, follow their work and get to know them as individuals.
Students were then able to vote for their favourite scientist
and one by one, scientists got voted off. The winning scientist
was awarded a cash prize.

Investigation, where students choose their own project to work

Penathlon
2010
On the 25th June 2010,
students from Churston Ferrers Grammar School competed at Torbay
leisure centre in the annual Summer Games. Pupils from all schools
across Torbay are selected to take part in a myriad of sports
such as Athletics, Kabaddi, Rifle Shooting, Archery and Boccia.
