In many places Adult Education has been reduced or even completely cut. The Government agenda is to fund learning that leads to employment.

Currently there are several consultations underway into the value of ‘informal' adult learning (exactly what we offer here in Brixham). We need you to tell them why you come and how important it is to you, otherwise funding maybe cut or eliminated in 2010.
