Funday
On behalf of the Brixham

gratitude to all your readers who supported 'The Malawi Project'
Funday in our Church last Saturday, as mentioned in my earlier
letters.

| It was commendable that so many braved
the cold & rain to join us for such an enjoyable afternoon,
taking part so successfully that we raised £859 from the
various sales, on top of another £534 in donations ( with
more still coming in ). |
|
 |
| Doubling the sum by an anonymous donor,
will bring almost £3000 to this most needy community in
Central Africa, with whom we have personal links. |

 |
Well done everyone,
as this will make an enormous difference to the Orphans Pastor
Friday is serving in Southern Malawi, probably starting with
a fresh water supply for the planned new orphanage, where a
good water supply is like Gold. |
|
|
A
lot more still remains to be done, and we will continue to value
any ideas or experience your readers may have for further fund
raising in the future.
'It
is so good to share, when we have so much here.'
