DDay Commemerative Weekend

News D-Day Commemorative Week End The weekend of June 7th and 8th , saw a D-Day Commemorative Week End held at Brixham Battery.

The Saturday proved to be well attended by visitors, with storms at first soaking the participants and dampening the spirits. However Sundays Devon Radio Controlled Military Model Club show was a great success, with brilliant sunshine to boot! Donations to the Battery Group exceeded £100.
	Brixham Battery would like to thank all those who attended the week end, both participants and visitors. Unfortunately the wet weather prevented the military vehicles from taking part in the Cow Town Carnival.
